Welcome to Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
At the time of confirming a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% per client is required.
This deposit secures your spot and will not be refunded if the client decides not to proceed with the booking before Umrah.
Travel documents (passports, visas) must be valid for the duration of travel.
Payments may be required in installments as agreed during booking.
Non-payment may result in cancellation without refund.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or approved online payment gateways.
Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 20% non-refundable deposit.
Clients must notify cancellations in writing.
Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours may cancel trips for unforeseen circumstances; clients are offered a full refund or credit toward a future package.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information for visa and travel documentation.
Visa approvals are solely determined by the relevant authorities.
Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours is not liable for denied visas or delayed documentation.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and trip interruption.
Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, visa authorities, transport providers, or government regulations.
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.
Clients assume full responsibility for compliance with travel regulations and requirements.
Clients must comply with all health and safety requirements of destinations, including vaccinations, medical screenings, and COVID-19 protocols.
Clients with pre-existing medical conditions must disclose relevant information and carry necessary medications.
Clients must behave respectfully toward staff, fellow travelers, and local communities.
Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours reserves the right to remove clients from activities for misconduct, without refund.
All personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including compliance with PIPEDA, CASL, and international regulations such as GDPR where applicable.
Clients acknowledge that some personal data may be transferred across borders to service providers (airlines, hotels, visa offices).
Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours monitors for unauthorized access or cybercrime and cooperates with relevant authorities when necessary.
Clients must ensure secure handling of their login credentials and payment details.
We are not liable for events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or flight suspensions).
In such cases, clients may receive a refund or credit per supplier policies.
All content, images, logos, and materials on our website, social media, or promotional content are owned by Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours and may not be reproduced without permission.
Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website with a revised Effective Date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable Canadian law.
