At Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours, we strive to provide exceptional service and unforgettable pilgrimage experiences. Please read this policy carefully before booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

• At the time of confirming a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% per person is required.

• This deposit secures your spot and will not be refunded if the client decides not to proceed with the booking before Umrah.

• Many bookings involve non-refundable deposits and strict supplier rules (airlines, hotels, transport, visa offices).

• Refund eligibility depends on both our policy and the policies of our service providers.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Clients must notify us in writing at info@explorehajjandumrah.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the following schedule:

• More than 60 days before departure: Eligible for refund minus the non-refundable 20% deposit and any administrative fees.

• 30–59 days before departure: Refund of up to 50% of the remaining package price, depending on supplier policies.

• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund available.

• After trip commencement: No refunds for unused services (e.g., early return, missed flights, unused hotel stays).

3. Cancellation by Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours

• If we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (government restrictions, visa denials, minimum group size not met): clients will be offered a choice of a full refund or credit towards a future package.

• In cases of force majeure (pandemics, natural disasters, flight suspensions), refunds will be subject to supplier policies.

4. Visa Applications

• Visa application fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet visa requirements. Denied visas do not qualify for refunds of travel packages.

5. Flight Tickets

• Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules of the carrier. Many discounted fares are non-refundable and non-changeable.

• Any refund or credit will depend on the airline’s policy. Explore Hajj & Umrah Tours will assist in facilitating claims but cannot guarantee refunds.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days, depending on supplier timelines.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and medical coverage, to protect your investment against unforeseen events.
